In brief
- A mid-season review of running and swimming results from a coaching perspective.
- Highlights include marathon performances and Irish selections for the Celtic Tri Nation.
- The coach sets himself the goal of stepping up further.

Results seem to look good from my side as a coach, Barbara running 2.37 Marathon, James 3rd in Limerick Marathon, Swimming National Championship top national performances and last weekend being one of the Irish coaches for the Celtic Tri Nation in Scotland with the Irish swim team was great.
Realistically results are still not what i am looking for as a coach

Realistically results are still not what I am looking for as a coach, there are lots of international coaches doing the same, I need to step up myself!
